Thank you for shopping with Pinkalula! Below you’ll find our shipping and processing information.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Some items may ship sooner if they are already made and ready to ship. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary. Pinkalula is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers once the package is in transit.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pinkalula is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pinkalula is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Returned Mail

Sometimes packages get returned to us because they were undeliverable by the postal courier. This can happen for several reasons, including an incorrect address, incomplete address, or the package being marked as “return to sender.”

Once we receive the returned package, we will notify the purchaser via the email provided at checkout.

At that time, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  • Reship the order (customer is responsible for the new shipping cost), or

  • Receive a refund for the returned items (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
