Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Some items may ship sooner if they are already made and ready to ship.

Shipping Time

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier. Pinkalula is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once the package is in transit.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Pinkalula is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pinkalula is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.


Returns & Refunds

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To start a return, please email us at info@pinkalula.com with your order number. Returns sent to us without emailing us first won’t be accepted.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake with your order, we will provide a free return label.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. If requested, we can provide a return label and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund total.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Returned Mail

Sometimes packages are returned to us because they were undeliverable by the postal courier (wrong address, incomplete address, return to sender, etc.).

Once we receive the returned package, we will notify the purchaser via the email provided at checkout.

  • Reship the order (customer is responsible for the new shipping cost)
  • Receive a refund for the returned items (original shipping costs are non-refundable)
