Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your Pinkalula order 🤍 If something isn’t right, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, email us at info@pinkalula.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake with your order, we will provide a free return shipping label.
For all other returns (such as change of mind or exchanges), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We provide a return label and the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund total.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
